Meet the Fam:

Mom (Trista) and Dad (Craig) have spent the last 30+ years loving, building, creating and cooking together! A junior high/high school love story led to 3 daughters, all of which competed or are currently competing in Division 1 Softball. With our crazy schedules and year-round traveling, we quickly learned we had to make the most of our time together which was usually around the dinner table. Any time off was spent cooking for friends and family and the girls would always have a friend or two that made sure to show up for their favorite meals!

 In 2020, with softball season cancelled, the pandemic gave us the unexpected chance to slow down and focus on the kitchen and bbq again. We decided to share our meals with friends and family on Instagram and the demand for recipes quickly grew. So here we are! Eatin’ Snow Good, a collection of our favorite home-cooking & bbq recipes that we can’t wait for you to enjoy. :)
