Sweet Potato Brownies

There’s no way these things are guilt-Free!

Ok, so these brownies are “dupe” worthy! You could absolutely disguise these as real/normal brownies, give them to your kids or husband and they will have NO IDEA!

What you’ll need

Cookware & Tools

  • Baking Pan - We used heart shaped for Valentine’s Day

  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes

  • 1 cup cashew butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup of agave

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I use Arbonne)

  • Pinch of salt

What you’ll do

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Bake 2-3 sweet potatoes (depending on size, you need 1 1/2 cups) at 350 degrees for about 60-80 minutes.

  • When done, mash the cooked sweet potatoes

  • Mix all ingredients together adding the egg last.

  • Spray muffin pan with Pam (you can also use a 8x8 baking dish).

  • Pour batter into muffin pan or baking dish

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • Let cool for 1/2 hour

    **little cheat- dust lightly with powdered sugar- a little goes a long way with these guys!
