Sweet Potato Brownies
There’s no way these things are guilt-Free!
Ok, so these brownies are “dupe” worthy! You could absolutely disguise these as real/normal brownies, give them to your kids or husband and they will have NO IDEA!
What you’ll need
Cookware & Tools
Baking Pan - We used heart shaped for Valentine’s Day
Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup cashew butter
1 egg
1/4 cup of agave
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I use Arbonne)
Pinch of salt
What you’ll do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake 2-3 sweet potatoes (depending on size, you need 1 1/2 cups) at 350 degrees for about 60-80 minutes.
When done, mash the cooked sweet potatoes
Mix all ingredients together adding the egg last.
Spray muffin pan with Pam (you can also use a 8x8 baking dish).
Pour batter into muffin pan or baking dish
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool for 1/2 hour
**little cheat- dust lightly with powdered sugar- a little goes a long way with these guys!
